First Office Visit -- 90 minutes: $340
First Office Visit--60 minutes: $275
Follow-up -- 30 minutes: $150
Follow-up -- 15 minutes: $85
Second Opinion Consult -- 45 minutes: $195

While Dr. Jackson is not contracted with any insurance companies, she is happy to facilitate reimbursement from HMSA and UHA on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service, and you will receive partial reimbursement in the mail from your insurance carrier once all paperwork is submitted.
